FROM COUNTER TO OWNER

One store.
Two useful perspectives.

For the cashier

Find an item, adjust quantities, build the bill and record payment. Keep the customer’s total and the next action in view.

For the owner

Give staff the right access, review activity and follow stock, balances and cash. An owner workspace keeps operational tools within reach.

CHECKOUT

A bill that is
easy to follow.

Search by product name or enter a barcode or SKU. Review quantities, configured taxes and permitted discounts before recording the payment.

Keep the sale moving

Build a basket from the catalog. Use drafts, quotations and held bills when the conversation needs another step.

Record how it was paid

Cash, manual external-card recording or split tender. See paid and due amounts, then review the saved sale or reprint a receipt.

Keep the distinction clear

A manual card entry records a payment made elsewhere. Card processing and settlement stay with your external terminal and provider.

INVENTORY & DAILY OPERATIONS

Behind every sale,
a useful record.

01 / CATALOG

Know what you sell

Manage products, images, categories, brands and identifiers. Follow stock visibility, low-stock information and adjustments.

02 / REPLENISHMENT

Know what comes in

Keep purchases, suppliers and balances connected to daily operations. Agree opening stock and product-import mapping before migration.

03 / STORE ACTIVITY

Know what needs attention

Review customer sales history, expenses and the relevant reports and exports for your configured store.

OWNER CONTROL

Give each person
the right workspace.

Individual staff accounts, configurable permissions and location access help separate cashier tasks from owner decisions. Permission-aware shortcuts keep relevant tools close.

Time on shift

Clock in, take a break, resume and clock out. Staff time tracking describes the working shift.

Money in the register

Opening float, cash movements and closing review describe the financial register. They remain distinct from attendance.

Controls that match your policy

Agree sensitive-action permissions and financial-record policies before setup. Access is configured around each role’s responsibilities.

CUSTOMIZED AROUND THE STORE

The way your
team works.

Clear billing controls, compact navigation, simple customer lookup and readable reports make useful starting points for a walkthrough.

Bring your roles, catalog and quick-sale requirements. We separate standard configuration from new development, agree acceptance checks and quote the work you actually need.

U.S. RETAIL CONFIGURATION

Your location.
Your operating rules.

Configured around your store’s location, tax rules, payment setup and operating policies.

A familiar store setup

USD presentation, your store address, locale and time zone. Preserve leading-zero identifiers when preparing your catalog.

Explicit tax treatment

Agree product and sales-tax configuration, then review the saved sale details with representative examples before acceptance.

A practical payment flow

Plan an online checkout with cash and a separate card terminal. Confirm roles, receipt output and records against your actual store setup.

REPORTING & REVIEW

See the activity.
Ask better questions.

Review sales, paid and due amounts, inventory, tender records and register activity. Choose the reports and access your owner and back-office roles need.

CONFIGURED IMPLEMENTATION / CODE BRO

Make the workflow explicit.

The store problem

Cashiers need a clear bill and payment record. Owners need stock visibility, staff access and daily review without confusing timekeeping with register accounting.

Our contribution

Code Bro’s work covers retail workflow refinements and a synthetic USD configuration: permission-aware navigation, staff/owner views and clearer checkout records on an existing POS platform.

The evidence

The genuine screens show checkout, split-tender entry, inventory, permissions and reporting with synthetic data. They demonstrate the interface, not merchant acceptance or processor settlement.

Engineering decisions and setup boundaries

The reviewed USD configuration is online-only. String identifiers preserve leading zeros; card tenders are explicitly recorded from an external terminal. Staff shifts stay separate from financial registers. The underlying platform is not represented as exclusive original Code Bro IP. Licensing, store tax rules, devices and acceptance checks are confirmed for each implementation.

BEFORE WE START

A few practical answers.

How is POS different from Store Pos?

They are separate retail offerings with different interfaces and setup scopes. POS here focuses on the online retail checkout, USD setup and owner workflows shown on this page. Store Pos has its own presentation and configuration. Tell us your catalog, connectivity and counter needs so we can discuss the appropriate fit.

Can cashier access be controlled individually?

Yes. Individual accounts, role permissions and location access determine which tools staff can use. We agree the cashier and owner responsibilities before configuration and review them with your team.

Can we configure it for our U.S. store?

We can scope a USD setup with your store address, locale, time zone and sales-tax configuration. The current U.S. workflow is online and uses whole-unit, single catalog items. Your product types, tax treatment and record policies are checked before rollout.

How are external-terminal payments recorded?

Staff record the amount paid on a separate terminal as “External card (manual).” POS records the tender; it does not charge the card, settle funds or verify processor approval. A split payment can record cash and manual external-card amounts against one bill.

Can existing products be imported?

The platform provides a product-import template. We first review a sample of your file, identifiers, opening stock and tax fields, then agree mapping and validation. Migration effort is included only when stated in your proposal.

What printer and scanner setup is supported?

Barcode or SKU entry and receipt printing are available. Share the exact scanner, printer, operating system and connection method so we can validate your combination. Hardware and any device-specific integration are separately agreed.

Can the workflow be customized?

Yes, within an agreed scope. We can review billing controls, customer lookup, navigation, reports and roles. Owner-defined quick-sale requirements need compatible product and tax configuration; new behavior is scoped and accepted before release.

What is agreed before setup?

The proposal identifies locations, users, catalog scope, licences, hosting, payment recording, hardware checks, migration, acceptance criteria and handover. Fees, timeline, support, backups and data-export terms are confirmed in writing.
