Monthly rental, not a sale
Discuss rental access for the school web platform, student/parent Android and iOS app, and all 11 listed add-on modules. This is rental access, not a source-code purchase or transfer of ownership.
A scope agreed before activation
School and branch count, users, storage, hosting, migration, setup responsibilities and activation timeline are recorded in your written rental agreement. No unlimited allowance is implied.
Connected services & hardware
SMS, WhatsApp/API usage, payment gateway charges, Zoom/Google services, domains and other external services are separate unless expressly included in your quote. Printers and biometric devices are not included.
App, licensing & configuration
The included Flutter app is configured for Android and iOS with the agreed school branding. Required licences, developer accounts and store-submission responsibilities are confirmed before activation; store approval is not guaranteed. Biometric integration requires compatible hardware and setup.
Custom work
New features, bespoke workflows, redesigns and additional integrations are quoted separately and start only after written approval.
Support, data & cancellation
Support coverage, backups, data access/export, renewal, cancellation, retention and any taxes are confirmed before payment. Your enquiry does not start a subscription or charge a card.
