CODE BRO / JOURNAL

Editorial policy & disclaimer

Policy draft for owner and legal review · Prepared 19 September 2026. This is not a promise of legal immunity.

Code Bro Journal explains AI, technology and product-development decisions for readers. The publisher is Code Bro Softwares Private Limited. The named research contributor is Vipul Panchal, Founder, Code Bro.

Sources, opinions and accuracy

We aim to link primary documentation for technical claims and distinguish documented facts, vendor claims, public opinions and our own analysis. Prices, access and product behaviour can change. Verify consequential decisions against the current official source.

Public reactions are individual accounts, not verified tests or representative surveys. An article should not imply a trend, consensus, endorsement or benchmark without evidence. Hands-on findings must identify what was actually tested; research summaries must not claim personal testing.

AI assistance and research credits

AI tools may assist with source discovery, summaries, drafting, illustrations and formatting. “Research by” identifies the named editorial contributor; it does not mean every sentence was written manually or that every product was personally tested. A research credit is not a legal or professional credential.

Drafts are labelled, kept out of search indexing and held for approval before publication. An AI-assisted draft must not claim that a named person has reviewed or approved it before that review happens. Generated or illustrative images must not be passed off as real product screenshots.

Dates and corrections

New articles record actual preparation and publication times with a timezone. Published and updated dates have different meanings; we do not refresh dates merely to make an unchanged article look new. Some older articles have date-only records; their original times are not invented.

For an error, missing attribution or a substantive response, email contact@codebro.co.in with the article URL, relevant passage, supporting evidence and requested correction. Please do not include passwords, private customer records or unnecessary personal data. Confirmed material corrections should carry a dated note explaining the change; no response deadline is guaranteed by this policy.

Copyright, trademarks and video

Use original, licensed or otherwise lawfully reusable material. A link or attribution alone does not grant permission to copy an entire article, image or video. Quotes should be limited, necessary and attributed. Product and company names belong to their respective owners and identify the subject being discussed; they do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Where included, third-party videos load only after a reader chooses to load the player. This contacts the video provider, whose terms and privacy practices apply. A direct source link is provided. We do not claim ownership of embedded videos.

Rights holders can send an ownership concern, relevant URLs and evidence to contact@codebro.co.in. We will assess substantiated concerns and appropriate corrections, removal or attribution; this statement does not determine anyone’s legal rights.

Commercial relationships

Code Bro sells software-development services, and articles may link to those services. A commercial link is not proof of a product claim. Any sponsorship, affiliate arrangement, paid placement or supplied review access must be clearly disclosed in the affected article when applicable.

Information, not individual advice

Journal content is general information and commentary, not personalised legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice. Examples are illustrative unless stated otherwise. No article guarantees accuracy for every use, business results, rankings, traffic or continued product availability.

This policy does not prevent a complaint or legal action, waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or exclude obligations imposed by applicable law. A qualified lawyer should review the final policy and publication practices for the relevant jurisdictions before reliance on them.
